Plain version: Antidote provides tools for inner work. It is not therapy, not medicine, and not a substitute for either. You use it at your own discretion and on your own responsibility. If something doesn't feel right, stop and seek qualified support. Be kind to yourself.
Antidote ("the App," "we," "us") is a consciousness development application offering guided protocols, energy sessions, structured practices, assessments, and educational content related to shadow work, emotional clearing, awakening, developmental psychology, and self-knowledge. The App is operated by Clear Ground.
By creating an account or using the App in any form (including via beta access), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Antidote is not a medical device, not a healthcare service, and not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. The content, tools, protocols, and practices in the App are educational and experiential in nature.
Nothing in the App constitutes:
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe psychological distress, or any medical emergency, stop using the App and contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
Inner work — including emotional clearing, shadow work, awakening practices, and energy work — can surface difficult material. By using Antidote, you acknowledge and accept that:
Antidote is currently in active beta. This means:
Beta access is currently free. Paid tiers may be introduced in the future. If they are, you will be notified clearly and in advance — including what they cost, what they include, and when they go live. You will not be charged without your explicit consent. If a feature you currently use moves behind a paid tier, you will be told before that change takes effect.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or pose risk to other users or the integrity of the system.
Antidote stores certain data to provide its functionality: account information (email, name), progress through tools and protocols, journal entries, assessment results, and usage patterns. This data is stored on Google services (Firebase Authentication, Google Sheets) and Vercel.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We use it to operate and improve the App.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
All content in the App — including protocols, session designs, written material, audio, visual assets, and the system architecture — is the intellectual property of Clear Ground unless otherwise noted. You may use it for your personal inner work. You may not copy, redistribute, repackage, resell, or use it commercially without written permission.
Inner work is non-linear and personal. We make no claims, promises, or guarantees about specific results, healing, awakening, transformation, or any other outcome from using Antidote. Your experience is your own, shaped by factors well beyond what any app can control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Ground, its operator, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, psychological reactions, financial loss, or data loss.
You use the App "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
